Link four

Dopa Drop

Link four, build a chain

  • Puzzle
  • Phone or PC
  • About 3 min a run

What is it?

Pairs fall; link four of the same colour and they vanish. What sat above drops in, and if that links too you get a chain. Longer chains multiply the score hard.

Four colours, and each has its own shape (● ▲ ■ ★), so the board still reads if colours are hard to tell apart.

Play with the arrow keys (move, rotate, space to drop) or by swiping (sideways to move, tap to rotate, down to drop). The on-screen buttons do the same.

How to play

  1. 1Gather a colourFour in a group clears. Leaving groups of three is how chains start.
  2. 2Put a colour on topThink about what will fall into the gap — it clears again by itself.
  3. 3Do not stack outIf the spawn is blocked, the run ends. Keep the middle clear.

Ways to use it

  • Alone

    Aim for a two-chain

Deliberately stop at three and cap it with another colour. One two-chain is usually a rank.

  • Two people

    One move each

Take turns placing on the same board. The other person wrecking your plan is the fun part.

  • Three or more

    Add up the scores

One run each, scores added. Chain chasers and safe clearers end up far apart.
